piighost/fr-passport

French passport number, nine characters: two digits, two letters, five digits, per the Purview France passport definition. No checksum. The two letters in the middle make it far more selective than a bare nine digit run, and no registry label matched the examples whole. Reproduced noise: the trailing five digit group is separately matched by ES_POSTAL and by IT_CAP, which guard with a lookbehind on digits; FR_ZIP, DE_ZIP and US_ZIP guard with a word boundary and do not fire here, because a letter sits right before the five digits.
